Dim sum at the Canton doesn't disappoint. It's always fresh, authentic, and delicious as it should be. My only issue is with the service, which is inconsistent depending on who is serving. The hired staff is preferred over the owners, as they are more friendly and patient with customers. The owner isn't unpleasant per se, but just a little too involved and expectant. Love the restaurant overall, either for dimsum or an authentic Chinese dinner item. The service fades into the background with food that good! Read more

Took the parents out for dinner along with aunt and uncle. A very quaint place to eat, the seating is a little cramped, but the food is great. The Sezchewan noodles were extremely spicey and tasty just the way we like them. The beef and greens was hearty with plenty of brocolli, cauliflower, onions and nappa as well as some red and green peppers and a good helping of beef, the chop suey was done well not under cooked and the fried rice is excellent. The chicken balls were good also not so much batter, there was plenty of chicken inside unlike other places I have been to. We all left feeling very full and content. The staff was courteous always checking up to see if things were alright. Great place to go for a drink and have a change of pace in restaurant cuisine. Read more

Haven't been here for a while and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have redecorated. Replaced a number of tables with booths and that makes it much nicer inside. Food is great. Lots of variety. Excellent prices. The one thing about this place that annoys me is that they never bring your bill to the table -- I always have to go to the cash to find out how much the bill is and pay. The people who run this restaurant are always so friendly! To top that off, the food is great. I really enjoy their palak paneer especially. They're also great with accomodating tastes. I like my food spicy, while my other family members are not so keen on it. When I order spice levels all over the map, it's never screwed up. Always perfect for each person.
