Some repairs can be done in home and other repairs that require more time, we take the computer back to the shop to be repaired. Some repairs do take a lot more time to fix. I had a long list of things I needed done and questions I needed answered. He was very patient with me (I am so computer illiterate) and never made me feel that my questions were stupid. He set things up for me so that I can easily access my e-mail accounts, delete messages from my accounts, etc. Read more
