    I got my vehicle safety inspected at Total Automotive. As per the inspection results my brakes needed new rotors and fluid. I dropped van off for the work but somehow they or I forgot to include a brake fluid swap in the work order-even though we were working from THEIR inspection report. After robbing me $800 for rotor replacement and a day later I realized they hadn’t listed brake fluid on the receipt. When I asked them they said fluid got missed but they refused to do anything about it. RIP

    vehicle repairs

    anytime i've been in, they always let me know up front what's needed or what i can get by with on the budget i set for repairs. they may seem a bit pricier than the ones in/near the area, but they're worth every $$ as an investment in your car's safety.
